The community at KRB is really like no other. We are fortunate to have an active and engaged community of parents – both past and current – alumnae, staff and the members of our global network of Sacred Heart Schools.
\nOur connection with our Kincoppal-Rose Bay alumnae is incredibly strong. We see our alumnae as an integral part of our school community and value the history and tradition they provide as ongoing contributors to school life at KRB.
\nWe are very proud of our alumnae, their achievements and the contributions they make in various fields. Alumnae are very important role models to our current students.

\nAssociation Mondial des Anciens et Anciennes du Sacré-Cœur, (AMASC) was formed in 1960 in Brussels at the request of Reverend Mother General de Valon. Reverend Mother de Valon saw the important and vital role the alumnae and alumni could play in fostering the work and spirit of the Society of the Sacred Heart. National Associations of women and men were organized to form the World Association that included alumnae and alumni from over 38 countries.
\nLocally, the Australian Sacré Coeur Association (ASCA) is the vital body that links the alumnae associations from Sacré Coeur Burke Road (VIC), Sacre Coeur Association of NSW, and Stuartholme (QLD) together. In turn we are also connected to the World Body; AMASC.
\nThe purpose of ASCA is to create and maintain friendship and solidarity between Australian Alumnae and all National Federations and Associations of Alumnae of the Sacred Heart. As a non-profit organisation, the aim of ASCA is achieving true national and international collaboration. Alumnae of all three schools are automatically lifelong members via their individual alumnae memberships.
\nThrough ASCA, our alumnae are also connected with alumnae from Sancta Sophia College (NSW), Duchesne College (QLD) and Baradene (Auckland, New Zealand).
\nEvery four years the responsibility of forming a committee and running ASCA is rotated around the three Sacred Heart schools in Australia. Stuartholme, in Brisbane, holds the Presidency (until the end of 2022) and can respond to any questions you may have in regards to the AMASC and the International Alumnae Congress that is held every four years. The next Congress is anticipated for 2022 in Rome.
\nThe Kincoppal-Rose Bay Parents and Friends Association seeks to broaden and enhance the community at KRB.
\nWhen you choose to send your children to KRB you are joining an active and vibrant community of teachers, staff, students, alumnae and families. There are many benefits to playing a role in our school life through active participation and engagement.
\nThe Parents and Friends Association aims to:
\nThe Parents and Friends Association welcomes participation, assistance and feedback from all parents and carers of current students. There are many ways you can get involved in KRB school life by volunteering your time. Whether it is a regular commitment, or ad hoc support as you are able, your time is always valued and appreciated.
\nMeetings of the Parents and Friends Association are held on the second Tuesday evening of each term. An Annual General Meeting is held each November where the Executive Committee and Class Representatives are elected.
\nParents and Friends Association meetings are open to all parents and carers of current students.
\n\nOur stunning heritage-listed chapel has hosted nearly 600 weddings.
\nDesigned by renowned architect, John Horbury Hunt, the chapel was completed in 1900 and holds a very special place in the hearts of our alumnae and staff.
\nWe reserve the use of chapel for weddings of alumnae, siblings and children of schools or colleges of the Sacred Heart and for current school staff and their immediate family members.
\nThe chapel can hold a maximum of 200 guests. On arrangement, our 1890 Puget organ can also be utilised through your wedding ceremony.
